How does andika learn our team's voice?
You upload a handful of existing docs, blog posts, or brand guidelines, and andika analyzes tone, vocabulary, and sentence rhythm to build a voice profile. The more consistent writing you give it, the sharper the match — most teams see solid results from just 3-5 sample documents.
Does andika replace human editing, or work alongside it?
Alongside it. andika surfaces suggestions inline, but every change is a suggestion until someone accepts it — nothing publishes automatically. Think of it as a first-pass editor that catches tone drift and weak phrasing before a human reviewer ever sees the draft.
Is our content used to train andika's models?
No. Your documents and drafts are used only to build your team's private voice profile — they're never used to train andika's underlying AI models or shared across other accounts.
Can we use different tones for different channels?
Yes. Multi-channel tone presets let you set a sharper tone for LinkedIn, a warmer one for support replies, and a more formal one for long-form content — all pulling from the same core voice profile, just tuned per channel.
What happens if a teammate leaves the company?
An admin can reassign or remove their access at any time from the workspace settings. Their past drafts and comment history stay with the team — nothing is lost when someone's account is deactivated.

andika connects directly with Google Docs, Notion, and Slack, with more integrations on the way. You can also paste content directly if your tool isn't supported yet.
